This project represents a large-scale industrial development for The Saudi Transformers Company (STC), covering a total area of 20,573 square meters. It includes purpose-built warehouse facilities at ground level, a mezzanine floor dedicated to administrative offices and guard rooms, as well as a fully secured external perimeter. The project was designed and executed to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and long-term functionality in a demanding industrial environment.
The scope of work covered the complete construction and finishing of the project on a turnkey basis, including all structural and architectural works, as well as the full execution of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
This project stands as a strong example of the power of reputation and word of mouth.
