TBC Schools is considered one of Al Fawz Arabian’s landmark projects, encompassing the execution of 82 school buildings distributed across multiple regions of the Kingdom, including Riyadh, Al-Ahsa, Makkah, Madinah, and Jazan.
The project involved significant logistical and operational challenges due to the wide geographical spread and the requirement to execute works during active academic periods. Through advanced planning, efficient coordination, and a highly responsive execution team, the project was successfully delivered while maintaining continuity of school operations and meeting all project objectives
The scope of work included the supply and installation of complete firefighting and fire alarm systems across 82 school buildings distributed over five provinces in Saudi Arabia, including evacuation systems such as escape stairs signage and directional evacuation arrows.
The primary challenge of this project was managing a highly complex logistics operation, requiring the simultaneous delivery of materials to 82 different locations. Through precise planning, coordinated use of trailers and cranes, and leveraging a strong and reliable supplier network, Al Fawz Arabian successfully achieved its targets within the required timeline and execution standards.
