An international educational complex comprising two separate buildings dedicated to boys’ and girls’ sections, accommodating multiple educational stages. The project is developed on a total area exceeding 30,000 square meters in Al Khobar and is designed to provide a modern, integrated learning environment that meets international educational standards while ensuring functional efficiency, safety, and comfort for students and staff.
The scope of work included the supply and installation of complete water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems, incorporating a wide range of specialized solutions such as RO systems, FM-200 fire suppression systems, central heaters, and domestic water pump systems.
The project was executed under a highly demanding timeline to meet the start of the new academic year. One of the key challenges was the procurement of long lead-time items, including fire pumps, water pumps, FM-200 systems, and other customized equipment. Despite these challenges, the project was successfully delivered through effective coordination and the strong support of our procurement team, leveraging long-standing relationships with trusted suppliers to ensure just-in-time delivery and installation without compromising quality or safety.
