Al Yamamah University is a large-scale educational campus comprising seven academic buildings in addition to a mosque, developed on a total area exceeding 85,000 square meters. The campus includes multiple colleges with separate sections for male and female students, as well as fully integrated facilities such as a gymnasium, restaurants, and a large theater, creating a comprehensive and modern academic environment.
The scope of work included the supply and installation of complete MEP systems, covering firefighting systems, water supply, drainage, and a wide range of specialized solutions such as FM200 systems, central heating, and quick-response sprinkler systems. One of the main challenges of this project was executing the works simultaneously across seven buildings, effectively managing seven projects in parallel. This required strong planning, substantial cash flow, and continuous logistical support to mobilize installation teams on site and successfully complete all works within an intensive six-month timeline.
