A large-scale metal industries factory spanning more than 80,000 square meters, located in the Second Industrial City in Dammam. The project includes the implementation of comprehensive industrial systems, encompassing compressed air systems, electrical works, plumbing, firefighting and safety systems, and gate barriers, as well as advanced low-current systems, designed to support high-efficiency industrial operations.
The project scope included the supply and installation of complete MEP systems, covering HVAC, firefighting, water supply, drainage, and full electrical works, in addition to specialized industrial systems such as CCTV, industrial power sockets, extensive cable networks and trenches, as well as water and chemical storage tanks. Despite this being the first collaboration with Prisma as a new client, the project was executed with full trust and confidence, reflecting Al Fawz’s strong reputation and proven capability in delivering complex industrial facilities to the highest operational and safety standards
