This prestigious fit-out project involved the development of a five-star hotel overlooking the Dammam Corniche, featuring four fully integrated floors. The scope included high-end hospitality spaces such as a main kitchen, restaurant, office areas, gym, spa, and open-air terraces, all designed to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
The primary challenge of the project was the highly demanding timeline, with only 16 weeks allocated for completion to meet the soft opening schedule. Through focused execution, full mobilization of resources, and close coordination with the client, the project was successfully delivered on time, precisely meeting the client’s expectations and quality standards
The scope of work included the supply and installation of complete MEP systems, encompassing HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and low-current systems, in addition to comprehensive finishing works such as painting, gypsum board installations, porcelain and marble finishes, and the installation of doors in various types and sizes.
